She continually seeks the synergy of business and legal principles to deliver optimally on transactions. She has a penchant for exploring various areas of legal practice which has made her a legal practitioner with versatile competencies.
Ifeoma has years of experience in corporate practice. She has significant knowledge in alternative dispute resolution and negotiation mechanisms. She has participated in resolving complex commercial disputes. She specializes in corporate practice and has carved a niche for herself in providing company secretarial/legal advisory services to financial institutions, corporate organizations and multinational companies on diverse issues of law.
She has developed special interest in energy and oil and gas transactions, commercial dispute resolution, corporate governance and regulatory compliance, labour and employment dispute resolution, property and real estate transaction and project finance.
Ifeoma studied Law at the prestigious Lagos State University where she obtained her first degree in law and graduated with second class upper division from the Nigerian Law School. She obtained her Masters in Law (LL.M) from the University of Lagos. She has attended several trainings nationally and internationally.
She is an active member of the Nigerian Bar Association and a student member of the institute of chartered secretaries and administrators.
